Look what I have found, isn’t it brill. I have been trying to find one for a while now, and last weekend I found one, but was only able to bring it back this weekend. It needs a good clean and a little bit of TLC but its in full working order and it has the bobbins to go with it. I love it.

I already have another one that I rescued from a skip once, not in as good order but it does have the long shuttle with it still. This one is a Jones. So if the lights go out and all the electric goes off in the next few years, I will still be able to sew. yippee.

In the meantime, I am still working on the cats, although I haven’t been able to do as much as I wanted today due to family issues, I am working away. The trouble with micro stitching is that you only cover a small area over a long time, and to give you a clue, I have put a normal sewing pin next to it to show the scale.

No wonder it is taking me forever.!
